Simplicity of design with only one shaft and direct
drive produces robust, long-lasting vacuum pumps with low maintenance and
running costs. These vacuum pumps operate completely oil-free; the individual
chambers are separated by long-life vanes. Already featuring integrated intake
filters and control valves, these vacuum pumps can be fitted with other
accessories without a problem. The compact cover ensures low noise and heat
emission.
Optional corrosion protection also makes these vacuum pumps suitable for
extracting moist air.

ROTARY VANE OIL LUBRICATED VACUUM PUMPS

Simplicity of design with only one shaft and direct drive produces robust, long-lasting vacuum pumps with low maintenance and running costs. The vanes are sealed by the metered supply of oil. Already equipped with integrated non-return valves and an efficient oil separation system, these vacuum pumps can be fitted with other accessories without a problem.
The standard-featured circulating-oil lubrication System with integrated oil cooler and cover additionally minimise noise emission. Controlled by a float valve, the oil return suction system also makes these vacuum pumps suitable for use in rough-vacuum applications. Optional water cooling significantly prolongs the life of the oil, even in difficult ambient conditions.

Using "multi-stage" compression, side channel vacuum pumps generate low-pulsation suction air. Perfected impeller design with curved blades guarantees Optimum efficiency. Separation of the compression chambers on both sides of the impeller permits single-stage, twin-flow as well as two-stage, single-flow operation with only one impeller.
Vacuum filter and vacuum safety valve can be integrated as an optional extra in the patented design of the sound absorbers. The sound absorbers can be varied in length, affording flexible adjustment to available installation space.
